Dimension Data launches support and managed services for Cisco Meraki

Dimension Data, the global ICT solutions and services provider, has extended its current offering with Cisco Meraki. This includes support via its Uptime Support Service and a new managed service for Cisco Meraki’s networking and security devices, which covers all wireless, switching, routing and security technologies.

Clients using Cisco Meraki devices in their networks will now have access to Dimension Data’s world-leading Uptime Support Service across Europe. Clients in Enterprise and Mid-Market/SMB-sized businesses will be able to have a range of response time based support and managed services delivered wherever they do business in Europe.
