Taj ElKhayat has joined F5 Networks as Regional Director, Gulf, Levant and North Africa. His job responsibilities include daily business, sales operations, direct and channel sales execution, strategic planning in driving transformation, and ensuring momentum in information security.
Prior to F5 Networks, ElKhayat was Regional Vice President Middle East, Turkey and Africa at Riverbed Technology for four years. At Riverbed, ElKhayat was responsible for direction and strategy for sales, channel, marketing, services, pre-sales and execution; enhancement of work place environment; profitability and operational expenses; and go to market strategy and execution, amongst others.
Prior to Riverbed Technology, Taj ElKhayat had a five-year stint at Juniper Networks as Area Director, Partners, Alliances and Enterprise, Middle East and Africa.
He has also worked at Microsoft, Crayon, Cisco Systems, HP Enterprise, and LogRhythm.
He has qualifications from Hult International Business School, Houston Community College, and University of Houston.
