Infoblox, the network control company that provides actionable network intelligence, announced the Infoblox Technology Alliance Partner Programme, which creates an ecosystem of technology partnerships to optimize network automation and better defend against cyber threats. The ecosystem approach helps enable integration with other cloud, network, and security solution partners for interoperability with Infoblox software to provide actionable insights that mutually benefit partners and customers.
The Technology Alliance Partner Programme ties together disparate systems, increasing the value their respective customers get from their investments in network infrastructure and security.
Infoblox software sits in the nucleus of some of the world’s most sophisticated networks, delivering reliable network connectivity as well as contextual and actionable insights to better control and secure networks. The network and business context helps improve detection, speed up remediation, and enable more thorough investigation of operational anomalies and threats.
The out-of-the-box integration with a series of network, cloud, and security partners through Infoblox’s Technology Alliance Partner Programme can help Infoblox customers with: security and compliance, incident response, cloud management and automation for next generation data centers, and asset management.
“Today’s networks are becoming increasingly complex and use diverse deployment architectures including physical, virtual, and cloud,” said Kanaiya Vasani, Vice President of Corporate and Business Development, Infoblox.
“At the same time, cybercriminals exploit network infrastructure, especially DNS, to spread malware and exfiltrate data. With the Technology Alliance Partner Programme, we are building an ecosystem to provide the insight, control, and security that customers need to optimise and protect their networks.”
More than 30 technology partners have already signed up for the programme and are participating in joint efforts with Infoblox. Technology partners capitalise on Infoblox provided APIs to seamlessly integrate their networks and security solutions with Infoblox’s Actionable Network Intelligence, enabling joint customers to automate workflows and increase protection against evolving threats.
A recent example of ecosystem integrations is the one between Infoblox and Carbon Black to integrate threat intelligence information for rapid response and protection. In related news, Infoblox announced an expanded technology partnership with Qualys to streamline vulnerability management, compliance, and threat remediation.
Infoblox’s Technology Alliance Programme enables any organisation to develop open, interoperable solutions leveraging Infoblox technology.
