Bugcrowd, a leader in crowdsourced security, has signed Dubai-based Axon Technologies as a value-added partner in the EMEA market.
AXON specialises in managed security services, SOC consulting, security engineering, advanced testing and incident response services. It has more than 60 customers in 12 countries across financial services, healthcare, government and other verticals, with a particularly strong presence in its UAE base and Saudi Arabia.
The Bugcrowd Platform connects organisations with trusted hackers, or security researchers, to proactively defend against sophisticated threat actors by leveraging the collective ingenuity of the hacking community. This enables organisations to better uncover and mitigate risks across applications, systems and infrastructure through crowdsourced solutions such as penetration-testing-as-a-service, managed bug bounties and vulnerability disclosure programs (VDPs).
This alliance gives Axon access to Bugcrowd’s community of hackers and its advanced, AI-driven Security Knowledge Platform and solutions.
“We are thrilled to announce Axon Technologies as a Bugcrowd partner,” said Paul Ciesielski, Chief Revenue Officer of Bugcrowd. “This collaboration brings together Bugcrowd’s leading crowdsourced cybersecurity platform with Axon Technologies’ expertise in innovative security solutions. Together, we will provide unparalleled protection for our clients, leveraging the collective ingenuity of our global community of hackers and Axon’s advanced technology.”
Hadi Hosn, CEO of Axon, said: “Axon’s alliance with Bugcrowd significantly enhances the cybersecurity services we offer our customers. It aligns with our commitment to providing our customers with the highest level of security by leveraging global expertise, advanced technology and innovation. This collaboration directly addresses the critical security needs of our customers, ensuring their systems and data are protected against evolving threats.”
“AXON’s focus on tradecraft, technology, talent and teamwork is well aligned with Bugcrowd’s focus on modern crowdsourced security,” said Jacques Lopez, Global VP of Channel and Alliances at Bugcrowd. “Our business is built on the belief that cybersecurity is a team endeavour demanding a range of expertise, which is why we are looking for partners who complement and add value to our core services. This is a great step in our continued expansion with the channel.”
Bugcrowd recently secured US$102 million for international expansion and acquired UK-based attack surface management provider Informer.
