Peak Insight, an award-winning provider of Cisco Customer Experience, Hybrid Work and Secure Networking solutions, has announced that it has been named the Telstra Cisco Partner of the Year for 2024, marking its second consecutive win in two years. The company was also recognised as a finalist for the Peter Carr Telstra Customer Excellence Award.

Announced at a gala dinner in Sydney last week, the award highlights Peak Insight’s on-going commitment to driving excellence in Customer Experience, Hybrid Work and Secure Networking with Cisco and Telstra.

Since its founding in 2014, Peak Insight has remained Cisco-focused, becoming a Telstra partner in 2018. The company enables organisations to better engage with their customers and employees through Customer Experience, Hybrid Work and Secure Networking solutions.

Peak Insight is known for its ability to solve complex challenges, maximise the value of technology investments and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. As the Telstra Cisco Partner of the Year, Peak Insight is committed to scaling its success and continuing to drive innovation for its customers and partners.

Based in Melbourne, Peak Insight has built a reputation as a provider in Customer Experience, Hybrid Work and Secure Networking. The company continues to differentiate itself as a Telstra partner by solving complex challenges and developing proprietary solutions that add unique value.

Over the past year, Peak Insight has:

  • Developed proprietary software add-ons for Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Centre that offer differentiated solutions to Telstra customers.
  • Sponsored and attended global Cisco events, including WebexOne, 2023 and 2024 in the US, to raise its profile and access a global market for its software solutions.

Peak Insight’s achievements go beyond awards, with invitations to prestigious Cisco events and global recognition. The company recently participated in the FY24 Cisco Winners event forum in Portugal and contributed to the Cisco APJC Contact Centre Partner Advisory Board in FY24 and FY25.

Peak Insight was also recognised as winners of the Cisco and Dicker Data NBA All-Star competition FY24, underscoring growth and performance within the Cisco ecosystem. The company also attended and promoted its capabilities at the US-based Cisco Partner Summit in 2023 and 2024, highlighting its strong collaboration with Telstra and Cisco.

Peak Insight is also investing in growth, having recently appointed Stefano Pesic as CEO and Steve Kruize as General Manager of Sales to drive strategic expansion across new geographies and enhance its portfolio of Cisco offerings.

“We are thrilled that our approach to maximising the business value of customer investments in Cisco, combined with our unwavering focus on delivering exceptional customer outcomes, has again been recognised with the 2024 Telstra Cisco Partner of the Year Award,” said Sam Deckert, Founder of Peak Insight.

“As a Telstra partner for over six years, our shared purpose, values and expertise with both Cisco and Telstra have driven significant mutual growth and strong momentum into 2025. Our success comes down to our amazing team at Peak and strong relationships with Cisco and Telstra,” added Deckert.
