Alberto ‘Tito’ Arciniega has been named new President of Microsoft Latin America.
After an 11-year plus career at Microsoft working closely with customers and partners, in his new position Arciniega will focus on continuing to support and accelerate the digital journey of countries, communities and markets in Latin America through technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and cloud services.
He will enable the Microsoft ecosystem and its customers in the region to seize business opportunities and continue to grow through innovative and secure solutions.
Arciniega will lead the team responsible for the entire Microsoft product, service and support offering in Latin America, driving resiliency and inclusive economic prosperity in the region, while strengthening a collaborative ecosystem in Latin American markets.
With a deep understanding of customer and partner needs and a vision focused on fostering strong relationships, his leadership will contribute to Microsoft’s ongoing 36-year commitment to the region.
For the past five years, Arciniega has served as Vice President of Corporate Sales for Microsoft Latin America. During that time, he has driven technology adoption, leading agile innovation and contributing to client business growth.
Previously, Arciniega served as Vice President, Worldwide Commercial Sector Industries for the Microsoft Enterprise and Partner Group, overseeing strategy, marketing and solution development for industries such as manufacturing, financial services, retail and consumer goods.
