OutTech Services IT, a consulting firm specialized in IT with a focus on business solutions, systems development and products for corporate applications, has appointed Milton Yoshihara.
Yoshihara, formerly a digital systems manager at RaiaDrogasil, will direct the company’s quality area. With over 20 years of experience in digital payment systems, Yoshihara aims to introduce new quality methodologies to OutTech’s software factory projects and extend these concepts to the company’s body shop contracts in the short term.
The expansion of this service is designed to ensure that the software undergoes a thorough process cycle, ensuring stability, security and digital immunity in the developed applications, thus guaranteeing resilience and quality throughout the activity.
“We will go beyond simple fault detection. We will be responsible for ensuring that each product or service launched by companies meets customer expectations, is innovative, and above all, reliable. QAs are agents of continuous improvement, working collaboratively with teams to constantly raise quality standards,” said Yoshihara.
The evolution of the quality area, with a board of directors, stems from OutTech’s continuous pursuit of operational excellence and customer satisfaction. “Having dedicated leadership in this new strategy is critical to ensuring that products and services meet the highest quality standards, thereby fostering customer trust and loyalty through the implementation of agile practices, cross-departmental collaboration, and a results-oriented approach,” added Marcelo Ferri, Chief Operating Officer at OutTech.
