Microsoft Mexico appoints new Director of Business Partners

Microsoft Mexico has announced the appointment of Gastón Oliver as the new Director of Business Partners. He will lead the team that manages the Microsoft partner network throughout the country.

Oliver has been working at Microsoft in various roles for the last 19 years, both in sales areas and in collaborating with business partners. Among his positions, he led the small and medium-sized business segments besides retail sales through channels for corporate, medium-sized and small business accounts in Mexico.

From this new role, he will seek to promote the growth and positioning of Mexican business partners, accelerating their consulting capabilities, aligning them to the transformation process with the use of Artificial Intelligence) and complementing the value offer that Microsoft currently delivers in the market.

Oliver said: “I am deeply honored to have the opportunity to represent and work with such a diverse and talented ecosystem of Microsoft business partners. My main objective is to support them and be an ally in their growth and success. One of the most exciting aspects that we are experiencing is the opportunity to promote Digital Transformation and the adoption of Artificial Intelligence with our clients.”
